We provide a will writing and estate planning service that aims to takes the unnecessary complexity out and help clients avoid costly pitfalls. This could be as simple as opening a joint bank account so you or your partner’s funds are not frozen. We can help you write a will to ensure your loved ones are cared for.


With mental health and degenerative illnesses like dementia being well recognised, a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a much simpler, cost effective way to manage one’s affairs when someone loses mental capacity. Without this, a Deputy application would be necessary to the Court of Protection which is lengthy, costly and burdensome.
